This true-bariatric mattress combines alternating pressure therapy and low air loss airflow, engineered to manage both pressure redistribution and skin microclimate control in users up to 1,000 lb. Its 10-inch cell-on-cell design ensures that the lower four inches retain inflation even during power interruptions preventing “bottoming out.”
