Robust Dual-Therapy for Heavy-Duty Support


This true-bariatric mattress combines alternating pressure therapy and low air loss airflow, engineered to manage both pressure redistribution and skin microclimate control in users up to 1,000 lb. Its 10-inch cell-on-cell design ensures that the lower four inches retain inflation—even during power interruptions—preventing “bottoming out.” Available in broader widths (42″ and 48″) and extra-long lengths for varied patient needs.

Efficient Pump System with Caregiver-Friendly Controls


The system includes 20 snap-out air cells with a static head pillow function, and 8 ventilated low air loss cells to optimize airflow. Its whisper-quiet digital pump allows adjustments by firmness or patient weight through multiple comfort settings. It also features auto-firm inflation, low-pressure and power-failure alerts, control panel locking, quick-change filters, and a CPR quick-inflate/deflate valve for emergencies.

Enclosed with a quilted, fluid-resistant nylon cover, the mattress includes optional built-in air perimeter rails for added safety. Transport-mode quick-connect hoses help retain air during transfers. With a choice of dimensions—from 80″ or 84″ lengths and widths of 42″ or 48″—it’s adaptable for bariatric patients who require both support and cleanliness. Two-year warranty included.
